Luna Business Support was founded on a simple observation: most small organisations don't need more software, more tools or more strategy decks. They need a steady, capable person to take care of the running of things so the people at the top can think.

I bring over 20 years of administrative and management experience across six quite different worlds — business support, legal, education, local government, construction, and travel & tourism. Each taught me something different: rigour, empathy, accountability, deadline pressure, and the value of a friendly tone in a stressful email.

On top of that sits five-plus years of project management experience, holding the thread between kickoff and delivery for teams who didn't have the budget — or the appetite — for a heavy methodology.

Today I work remotely with SMEs, charities and social enterprises across the UK. Some clients book a few hours a month for a specific cycle of work. Others use me as an embedded operations lead. Both are welcome.
