We start with a short discovery call to understand what you need. I then work in whatever tools you already use — your email, your project tool, your shared drive — usually via secure access. You'll have a regular point of contact and an agreed working rhythm.

No strict minimum. Most clients start with a block of 10 or 20 hours, or a small monthly retainer. We agree the shape of the work in the first call so there are no surprises.
