Discovery call
We have a free 30-minute video or phone call. You tell me what is on your plate, and I listen.

I send you a clear written summary by email. It lists the support I recommend, how many hours, and what it will cost.

Contract
A contract covering what I will do, confidentiality, and payment terms. You sign it digitally.
